General Terms & Conditions for Expert Panellists
These Terms and Conditions("Terms") govern the participation of exhibitors at the Smart Supply Chain Logistics Summit 2026 (SSCLS 2026) ("Event"), organized and managed by HashMove Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, representatives, contractors, sponsors, partners, and agents(collectively referred to as "HashMove").
By submitting an application, accepting an exhibition space, participating in the Event, or occupying any exhibition booth, the Exhibitor agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- DEFINITIONS
"Exhibitor" means the company, organization, institution, association, individual, or entity participating in SSCLS 2026 and includes its employees, representatives, agents, contractors, consultants, and invitees.

"Event" means theSmart Supply Chain Logistics Summit 2026 (SSCLS 2026), including allexhibitions, conferences, networking sessions, workshops, seminars, and relatedactivities.

"Venue" means thedesignated location where SSCLS 2026 is held, including all exhibition halls,conference areas, meeting rooms, common areas, and associated facilities.
β - COMPLIMENTARY PARTICIPATION
2.1 HashMove may, at itssole discretion, allocate exhibition space to selected exhibitors on acomplimentary basis.

2.2 Complimentaryparticipation does not create any financial, contractual, partnership, agency,employment, joint venture, franchise, distributorship, or other commercialrelationship between HashMove and the Exhibitor.
2.3Complimentary participation shall not entitle the Exhibitor to any compensation, reimbursement, sponsorship benefits, marketing guarantees, visitor commitments, business opportunities, or any form of financial return.

2.4HashMove reserves the right to withdraw, modify, relocate, suspend, or cancelany complimentary participation at any time without liability.
β - COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS ANDREGULATIONS
3.1 The Exhibitor shallcomply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, directives, permits,approvals, and requirements of:
Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP)
Government of Pakistan
Provincial and LocalAuthorities
Customs Authorities
Tax Authorities
Labour Authorities
Venue Management
Fire and Safety Authorities
Public Health Authorities

Any regulatory or governmental body having jurisdiction over the Event
3.2 The Exhibitor shallobtain, at its own cost and responsibility, all licenses, permits,registrations, certifications, approvals, clearances, and authorizationsrequired for participation.
3.3 HashMove shall not be responsible for obtaining any approvals or ensuring compliance on behalf of the Exhibitor.
β - EXHIBITORRESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 The Exhibitor shall besolely responsible for:
a) Products and servicesdisplayed.
b) Marketing andpromotional materials distributed.
c) Statements,representations, commitments, warranties, or claims made to visitors.
d) Conduct of itsemployees, representatives, contractors, and agents.
e) Compliance with alllegal and regulatory requirements.
4.2 The Exhibitor warrantsthat all products, services, content, trademarks, logos, software, promotionalmaterials, and business activities displayed during the Event are lawful and donot infringe any third-party rights.|
4.3 The Exhibitor shallimmediately comply with any instruction issued by HashMove, Event management,Venue management, security personnel, TDAP officials, or governmentauthorities.
β - BOOTHALLOCATION AND USAGE
5.1 Booth allocation shallbe determined solely by HashMove.
5.2 HashMove reserves the right to relocate, resize, redesign, reconfigure, or remove any exhibition space whenever deemed necessary.

5.3 The Exhibitor shall not sublet, assign, transfer, share, or otherwise permit the use of its allocated space by any third party without prior written approval from HashMove.
5.4 The Exhibitor shall not engage in activities that may obstruct, interfere with, or negatively affect other exhibitors, visitors, sponsors, or Event operations.
β - HEALTH, SAFETY ANDSECURITY
6.1 The Exhibitor shall comply with all Venue regulations, emergency procedures, fire safety requirements, and security protocols.
6.2 Hazardous, flammable, explosive, illegal, or dangerous materials may not be displayed or brought into the Venue without prior written approval from HashMove and relevant authorities.
6.3 The Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for the security, protection, insurance, transportation, and safekeeping of its products, equipment, promotional materials, and personal belongings.
6.4 HashMove shall not be liable for any loss,theft, damage, destruction, or disappearance of Exhibitor property.
β - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 The Exhibitor represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right to use all trademarks, logos, copyrights, patents, designs, content, software, and intellectual property displayed or promoted during the Event.
7.2 The Exhibitor shall indemnify HashMove against any intellectual property infringement claims arising from its participation.
7.3 The Exhibitor grants HashMove a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use photographs ,videos, recordings, logos, trademarks, company names, presentations, and promotional materials relating to the Exhibitor for Event promotion, reporting, marketing, media coverage, future events, and related business purposes.
β - LIMITATIONOF LIABILITY
8.1 Participation in SSCLS2026 shall be entirely at the Exhibitor's own risk.
8.2 HashMove shall not be liable for any:

- Business losses
- Loss of profits
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of contracts
- Loss of opportunity
- Loss of customers
- Loss of goodwill
- Loss of reputation
- Data loss
- Cyber incidents
- Business interruption
- Property damage
- Personal injury
- Death
- Theft
- Fire
- Security incidents
- Technical failures
- Internet disruptions
- Utility failures
- Transportation delays
- Event postponement
- Event cancellation
- Event disruption
whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, special, or otherwise.
8.3 The Exhibitor expresslywaives any right to make any claim against HashMove arising from participationin the Event.
β - INDEMNITYAND HOLD HARMLESS
9.1 The Exhibitor shallfully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HashMove, its parent companies,subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, shareholders,sponsors, partners, advisors, contractors, agents, Venue owners, and Eventrepresentatives from and against any and all:
- Claims
- Demands
- Actions
- Lawsuits
- Proceedings
- Investigations
- Penalties
- Fines
- Judgments
- Damages
- Liabilities
- Costs
- Expenses
- Settlements
- Legal fees
- Professional fees
- Arbitration costs
- Regulatory sanctions

rising directly orindirectly from:
a) Participation of the Exhibitor in SSCLS 2026.
b) Breach of these Term sand Conditions.
c) Violation of anyapplicable law, regulation, permit, or directive.
d) Negligence, misconduct,fraud, omission, or unlawful act by the Exhibitor.
e) Injury, death, or damagecaused by the Exhibitor or its representatives.
f) Product liabilityclaims.
g) Consumer complaints.
h) Employment-relateddisputes involving Exhibitor personnel.
i) Tax, customs, import,export, labour, environmental, health, or safety violations.
j) Intellectual propertyinfringement claims.
k) Misrepresentation orfalse advertising claims.
l) Any act or omission causing reputational harm to HashMove or the Event.
m) Any claim brought by customers, visitors, employees, contractors, suppliers, government authorities, regulators, competitors, or any third party.

- RIGHT OF REMOVAL
10.1 HashMove reserves theabsolute right to suspend, restrict, remove, or expel any Exhibitor from theEvent without notice if:
These Terms are breached.
Applicable laws orregulations are violated.
Instructions from Eventmanagement are ignored.
The Exhibitor createslegal, operational, reputational, commercial, or security risks.
The Exhibitor's conduct isdeemed inappropriate, misleading, offensive, disruptive, or harmful.

10.2 In such circumstances, the Exhibitor shall not be entitled to any compensation, reimbursement, refund, damages, or claim against HashMove.
β - FORCE MAJEURE
HashMove shall not beliable for any delay, interruption, modification, postponement, relocation,suspension, or cancellation of the Event caused by circumstances beyond itsreasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Fires
- Epidemics
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Political disturbances
- Security threats
- Terrorism
- Labour disputes
- Venue unavailability
- Utility failures
- Transportationdisruptions
- Acts of God

- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditionsshall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the IslamicRepublic of Pakistan.
β - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
If the dispute remains unresolved, the courts of Karachi, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
β - ACCEPTANCE
By submitting an application, accepting participation, occupying an exhibition booth, orparticipating in SSCLS 2026, the Exhibitor confirms that it has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, TDAP requirements, Venue policies, and Event guidelines.
