General Terms & Conditions for Expert Panellists

  1. Role and Participation
    By accepting this invitation, the panellist agrees to participate in the assigned session and contribute insights relevant to the event’s theme and objectives. Panellist also understand that this event is based on 2 days i.e. 26th and 27th of August 2026 at Expo Centre Karachi and his or her sessions will be in either of the days for which the panellist needs to be ready.

    Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
  2. Non-Paid Engagement
    This is a non-paid engagement. No speaking fees, honorarium, or financial compensation will be provided unless formally agreed in writing by the event organizers.

  3. Adherence to Schedule
    Panellists are required to strictly follow the event schedule, including briefings, rehearsals, and live sessions. Timely attendance is essential for both virtual and in-person participation.
  4. Preparation and Conduct
    Panellists are expected to come prepared and maintain a high standard of professionalism. Contributions must remain relevant, respectful, and aligned with the agreed discussion topics.
  5. Event Coordination and Induction
    The event team will contact all confirmed panellists approximately four weeks before the event to provide briefings, session alignment, and necessary inductions. Participation in these engagements is required.
  6. Content Responsibility
    Panellists are responsible for the content they share. Views expressed must be their own and should not disclose confidential or sensitive information without prior authorization.
  7. Use of Name and Media
    By participating, panellists grant permission to the organizers to use their name, profile, images, and session recordings for social media and online promotional and documentation purposes.
  8. Compliance with Guidelines
    Panellists agree to follow all event guidelines, including moderation protocols and technical requirements shared by the organizers.
  9. Withdrawal Notice
    If a panellist is unable to participate, they must inform the organizers as early as possible. The organizers reserve the right to adjust the panel accordingly.
  10. Organizer Authority
    The HashMove event team retain full control over the agenda, session structure, and execution of the event. All decisions made in this regard are final.
